Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, player apps, or APIs (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.
Accounts & Security
Provide accurate info, keep credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for suspected abuse, security risk, or legal reasons.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all media, schedules, layouts, and data you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, cache, transcode (if needed), display on your devices, and otherwise process Customer Content to provide the Service. You're responsible for rights, permissions, and compliance with laws.
Acceptable Use
Don't use the Service to:
break laws, infringe IP, or violate privacy;
publish malware, hate, harassment, or illegal content;
attempt to bypass technical limits, probe or overload systems;
share credentials or resell the Service without permission.
We may remove or disable content or devices that breach these Terms.
Devices & Remote Control (Digital Signage Specific)
The Service may remotely configure and control player devices, run in kiosk mode, cache content, and auto-update software. You are responsible for:
owning or having authority over each device;
safe installation and physical security;
any data charges or bandwidth costs.
Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party hosting, CDNs, fonts, maps, video platforms, and data feeds. Their terms may apply. We're not responsible for their availability or actions.
Service Changes & Availability
We may change features or limits and will try to give notice of material changes. The Service can be unavailable for maintenance, outages, or events outside our control.
Plans, Fees & Taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Prices may change with notice. You're responsible for applicable taxes.
Trials & Beta Features
Trials and beta features are provided "as is," may change or end at any time, and may be subject to additional terms.
Data & Privacy
We process account data, device telemetry, and content solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Addendum is available upon request where required (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR).
Intellectual Property
The Service, software, and documentation are owned by Just Digital Signage Pty Ltd. These Terms don't transfer our IP to you. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law.
Feedback
If you share feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment.
Termination
You can cancel at any time via the dashboard; your plan continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk, or legal reasons. On termination, device access may stop and cached content may be deleted.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. We're not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Just Digital Signage Pty Ltd against claims, damages, and costs arising from your Customer Content, devices, or use of the Service in breach of these Terms or law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you (e.g., email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
